When to upgrade

trial → pro if you:

  • Hit the 100 MB image storage cap
  • Need video / audio / Markdown hosting
  • Need API stability for production tools

pro → pro_plus if you:

  • Need 2-hour videos or 2 GB files
  • Have urgent support needs
  • Want priority transcoding

When to downgrade

The dashboard shows your current usage vs limit. If you stay below the lower tier’s limits for 2 consecutive billing cycles, the dashboard suggests downgrading. See Subscription management for the downgrade flow.
