Image & document storage
Your plan has two independent storage buckets. This one holds images and documents; audio and video live in a separate bucket (see below). Filling one never eats into the other.

Audio & video storage (v0.7.0+)
The second storage bucket. Audio and video share it; it is separate from the image + document bucket above. Videos use HLS transcoding via Bunny.net (overseas) / Aliyun VOD (mainland).

When monthly bandwidth runs out, video playback auto-degrades to 360p. See bandwidth & degradation.
Audio quota (v0.12.0+)
Audio shares the same media_* quota pool as video.

Documents — Markdown & Typst (v0.15.0+ / v0.82.0+)
Documents occupy the image + document storage bucket — their bytes count against img_storage_bytes, not the media bucket. Markdown (.md) and Typst (.typ) share the same quota.
Document count is capped on trial only; on pro / pro_plus you may store any number of documents, bounded solely by that shared storage bucket.

Inline base64 images get auto-rewritten and counted against your image storage, not document quota.

When to upgrade
trial → pro if you:
- Hit the 100 MB image storage cap
- Need video / audio / Markdown hosting
- Need API stability for production tools
pro → pro_plus if you:
- Need 2-hour videos or 2 GB files
- Have urgent support needs
- Want priority transcoding
When to downgrade
The dashboard shows your current usage vs limit. If you stay below the lower tier’s limits for 2 consecutive billing cycles, the dashboard suggests downgrading. See Subscription management for the downgrade flow.
