1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Picora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Picora provides paid image hosting services. We offer storage, CDN delivery, and API access for images and videos. Service availability and features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Picora to host:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination and report to authorities
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Malware, phishing materials, or other malicious content
- Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Spam or unsolicited advertising
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your API keys. API keys should be treated as passwords. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. We use Lemon Squeezy for international payments and WeChat Pay/Alipay for China region. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have not used more than 10% of your plan's quota.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via email. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability beyond our control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination for cause, refunds are not provided. Upon voluntary cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Picora's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
