Reporting Copyright Infringement

Picora respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@picora.com.

Required Information

Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The URL(s) of the infringing content on our platform
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
6. A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24 hours
• Notify the user who uploaded the content
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@picora.com with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction

Abuse of DMCA Process

Submitting false DMCA notices is a violation of law. We reserve the right to seek damages from parties who abuse the takedown process.
